Due to the handcrafted and made-to-order nature of our small business, we do not accept returns or cancellations.

However, If you would like to view images or videos of your charm bracelet, necklace, bag charm, or watch charm assembled and ready prior to placing your order, please do not hesitate to contact me via WhatsApp at +91-8879033753.

There is no obligation to purchase if the item does not meet your expectations; I am simply thrilled to create!

Store credit may be offered on pieces that have arrived defected. An unboxing video which must include opening the first layer of sealed packaging will need to be provided no later than 48 hours after the package was marked as delivered.

Absolutely no refunds will be offered on any purchase. No returns/exchanges will be offered if you order the wrong color. Please be careful when checking out to make sure everything has been selected properly.
